The acanta.app website

Through the early-access form: name, email, preferred contact method, city and country, type of business, approximate order volume, the plan you are interested in and a description of your needs.

Automatically: anonymous visit statistics (Vercel Analytics, cookie-less, no personal identification) and your language preference (stored in your browser).

Your Acanta account

Email, name, password (stored only as a hash), interface language, the studios you belong to and your roles. If you connect Telegram notifications — your Telegram chat ID.

Studio data

A studio runs its work in Acanta: clients and their contacts, orders, projects, client conversations in WhatsApp and Instagram, staff and schedules, stock and finances. For this data we act as a processor: the studio decides what to store, and we store and process it only to provide the service.

Mobile app

Camera and photos — only when you take or pick a photo yourself (bouquets, documents, project references). Microphone — only when you record a voice message to a client.

Push notifications: device token, platform (iOS/Android), device name and app version — to notify you about orders, shifts, client messages and projects. You can turn them off in your phone settings; the token is deleted when you sign out.

App error reports: a technical description of the error, app and device version — to fix crashes.

Why we use data

To run the service: sign-in, sync between web and app, notifications, sending messages to clients on your command, AI photo tools on your request. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Where data is stored and who receives it

Database and files — Supabase (EU); web servers — Vercel (EU). Email — Resend. Push notifications — Expo, Apple (APNs) and Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging). Client messages — WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta) when the studio connects them. AI photo processing — via OpenRouter on your request. Each receives only what its part of the work requires.

How long we keep data

Account data — while the account exists. Studio data — while the studio uses Acanta or until it asks for deletion. Website requests — until launch and a reasonable period after, or until you ask us to delete them.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or at https://fms.acanta.app/account/delete — no app needed. This deletes your sign-in, profile and device tokens. If you are the only member of a studio, the studio is deleted with your account; if the studio has other members, its data stays with the team.

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time — email support@acanta.app. We reply within 30 days.
