Acanta (a Lacy Bird product) respects your privacy. This page describes what data we collect through acanta.app, why, and how you can control it.
What we collect
Through the early-access form: name, email, preferred contact method, city and country, type of floral business, approximate monthly order volume, the plan you are interested in, and a description of the problems you want to solve.
Automatically: anonymous visit statistics (Vercel Analytics, cookie-less, no personal identification) and your interface language preference (stored locally in your browser).
How we use it
To contact you about early access to Acanta, suggest a suitable plan, and keep you informed about the product launch. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
Where data is stored
Submissions are stored in a secured cloud database (Supabase). Emails are delivered via Resend. Only the Acanta team has access to the data.
How long we keep it
Early-access data is kept until the product launch and for a reasonable period after it — or until you request deletion.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time — write to lba@lacybird.com. We respond within 30 days.
